Home Buying Process

The buyer journey at times can be confusing & seemingly uncertain. We hope this guide will answer any questions or uncertainties you may have.

  1. Initial meeting to determine and discuss your wants and needs.
  2. Obtain financial pre-approval in order to enhance and strengthen future offers to purchase.
  3. Select to view appropriate properties.
  4. Write up offer to purchase.
  5. Acceptance of offer and drawing up of contracts.
  6. Closing day!
